Especially like the saying &quot;Some people are so close to the grey they can&#039;t see the elephant.&quot;  Perhaps the challenge we face with understanding LinkedIn and the value component is the colour grey?  Perhaps the challenge is more that we do understand how to utilize LinkedIn and are surprized how easy it really is to use.  LinkedIn clearly demonstrates the &quot;super-connectivity in a global context&quot;.
